At the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Gabriela works in programs focused on fostering investments in low-carbon economy sectors with a high potential of generating inclusive growth and environmental resilience, while strengthening the human capacity to create prosperity.
Gabriela is a PhD candidate investigating mechanisms that leverage Brazil’s vast natural resources to tranform its comparative advantages into competitive advantages in an increasingly demanding world of greener economies. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish with working proficiency in French and Italian.
