How do I register or buy tickets for the event?

What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual is recommended. But please keep in mind the sunny weather and pack accordingly.
How should I get around the city?
We recommend using Uber to travel around the city, or walking during the day time if you’d like to get a feel of the environment!
Are there any age restrictions for the event?
While there are no age restrictions, we recommend that anyone +16 attend the event.
What is the refund policy for tickets if I can no longer attend the event?
Written communication must be received on the following schedule to be eligible for refund:
Prior to 45 days: $75 flat cancellation fee
45-30 days before start of FOTD: 75% refund
29-15 days before start of FOTD: 45% refund
Less than 15 days prior to the start of FOTD: 0% refund
What airport should I fly into in Rio?
We recommend the two largest airports serving Rio - The Galeão International Airport or the Santos Dumont Airport.
What is the tipping culture in Rio and throughout Brazil?
Tipping is not a part of the culture, but it will be common to see a “servico” charge added to your bill.

What hotel are the All-Inclusive guests staying at?
All-Inclusive Guests will be staying at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort
I'm not an All Inclusive guest, can I stay at the Sheraton too?
Yes you can stay at the Sheraton, but it's not included in the registration. If you'd like to stay at the Sheraton you can book directly with the hotel to reserve a room.
I would like to come early/stay longer? How do I arrange this?
Please contact the Sheraton hotel to coordinate a prolonged stay
